LVMH HM may collect personal data via the website www.vaguedor.com (otherwise known as the "Site") from any person (hereafter the "User") booking a La Vague d’Or restaurant reservation.
Collection and processing of personal data provided by Users to LVMH HM through the booking reservation system are governed by French Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 (as modified).
